1- Valerian root

The roots of valerian are herbs that are used to treat stress and anxiety. A teaspoon of valerian powder can be placed on boiling water and then filtered. It is eaten before bedtime to get relaxation in a short time, but it has some side effects; It is not recommended for use by children and pregnant women.

2- Chamomile

Chamomile is one of the best herbs that is recommended in treating the problem of difficulty sleeping. Chamomile tea is prepared by placing a spoonful of tea on a cup of boiling water and leaving it for 20 to 30 minutes. It can be taken half an hour before bed, and you will get to sleep and relax in a short time.

4- Oats

Oats are complex carbohydrates. It works to produce insulin in a large proportion in the blood, and also produces the hormone melatonin, which plays an important role in treating sleep difficulties (insomnia).

5- Nardine tea
